Joy Beyond Health Limited, the export arm of Chongqing Jinboyang Technology Co., Ltd., is the authorised export representative for BI-FIX, and develops the MILORA consumer scar care line.
Chongqing Jinboyang Technology Co., Ltd. (重庆今博洋科技有限公司), trading internationally as Joy Beyond Health Limited, is a medical device export company based in Chongqing, China. We work in two directions: we take certified Chinese medical devices to overseas distributors and hospitals, and we build our own consumer brand for scar care.
We are the authorised legal sales representative for BI-FIX. For every distributor we work with, we arrange the market authorisation letter that local registration requires, and we answer your authority's questions directly through the process. We own the MILORA trademark application for consumer scar care products.
A sterile, non-invasive surgical incision closure set, CE marked under EU MDR 2017/745 as a Class IIa device (notified body DNV GL PRESAFE AS, NB 2460). Sold exclusively through distributors and hospitals.
A scar care brand for use at home after the wound has closed. Developed and produced to our own specification and packaging. Sold through retail, pharmacy and e-commerce channels.
BI-FIX is manufactured under an ISO 13485 certified quality system. The complete technical documentation set is released to qualified distributors together with the market authorisation letter.
